Maintenance, and when it’s due

Filters, smoke detector batteries, gutters, the water heater, the dryer vent, HVAC service, the chimney, the sump pump. You can find a list like that anywhere. What’s hard is remembering when you last did each one, so the app keeps track for you.

A record of the work

What was done, when, who did it, and what it cost. You might not look at it for years. Then you sell the house or file a warranty claim, and you’ll be glad it’s all written down.
